- FC-6860 - Introduce MFA support
Some screenshots and explanation of the process is as follows:
1. A user can add a MFA to their account under the My Profile link.
2. Scan the QR code into the Authenticator app of your choice, then enter the 6 digit code. This enrols the MFA successfully.
3. From now on, you then need to enter your username, password, then the MFA code on the next screen to login.
4. The users list also shows those with MFAs.
